Room rates have been set at $109.00 per night plus 14.85 % tax for single, double, triple or quad. This rate is in effect for two days before and two days after the scheduled reunion, subject to room and rate availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $50.00 will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date. High speed in room internet access $10.72 per day. Self-parking is available for $18.00, a day with in/out privileges.

You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. A block of rooms have been reserved for our reunion. Make sure you indicate USS SHIELDS DD-596 REUNION when you make reservations, this will assure you the discounted rate. Final date to make reservations and still be guaranteed this rate is 5 p.m. August 8th 2012.

All inclusive reunion registration fee is $90.00 per person [not including hotel] to cover one tour including lunch, closing buffet, snacks, soft drinks and morning coffee plus miscellaneous expenses i.e. equipment rental, ID cards, printing/postage etc..
